COUNSELLING FEES 2025

Bulk billing is unfortunately not available.

DVA card (white or Gold) - no additional fee payable.

​All clients the fee is $186 ( $93.35) for a session reimbursed by Medicare with a GP MHP for a counselling assessment )

Written Reports take more than 2 hours but are only charged at ($186 +GST x 1.5) -

Copies of reports are provided to clients as a courtesy, but are written to medical specialists, these documents represent the opinion of the psychologist based on assessment. Clients are always asked to check details, but the diagnostic result is not open to negotiation for any reason.

Total cost of assessment and report is $492.90.

Since October 1, 2023 fees are payable upfront at the time of booking.

Invoices will be provided after sessions have taken place and reports have been written where required

Paid receipts will be available for those with Private Health cover with extras, please let us know the details of your Private Health provider.

The default cancellation (within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment) for any reason/No show fee is equivalent to your session fee rate.

The practice has no responsibility for Medicare reimbursement decisions relating to your GP Mental Health Plan & referral

REASONABLE ADJUSTMENT PLANS FOR SCHOOL AND UNIVERSITY $186 + GST PER HOUR IN ADDITION TO ASSESSMENT AND REPORTS

VOCATIONAL ASSESSMENTS $270 + GST PER HOUR FOR ASSESSMENT, RESEARCH AND REPORT WRITING.

WORKERS COMPENSATION ASSESSMENT, TREATMENT AND REPORT WRITING. PAYABLE BY THE INSURER BY AGREEMENT.

Non Payment policy.

Our non payment policy dictates that if you fail to settle your psychology appointment fees even after three reminders, we will be left with no choice but to escalate the matter to a debt collection agency. We understand that circumstances may arise which make it difficult for you to make timely payments, and we always strive to work with our clients to find a solution. However, it is important to honour your financial commitments, as this enables us to continue providing quality psychological services to those in need. We kindly request your cooperation in promptly settling any outstanding fees to avoid any unnecessary complications. Thank you for your understanding and support.
